anthropics/knowledge-work-pluginsLaboratories create instrument files in many formats like PDF, CSV, Excel, or TXT. This skill converts those files into a standard format called Allotrope Simple Model (ASM). Scientists can then easily upload data to LIMS systems or analyze it further.
The tool automatically detects the instrument type from the file contents. It creates both full ASM JSON and a simple flattened CSV. It can also generate Python code for data engineers to use in production pipelines.
This helps standardize lab data and saves time. No more manual reformatting. The output is ready for data lakes or downstream analysis.
