The skill checks your Copilot data from three places. It finds sessions that are new or have changed. This way you only capture the latest work. You can also run a full rebuild if needed.
Anyone who uses GitHub Copilot CLI and wants to build a knowledge base can benefit. You can capture what you learned from each session. Then you can search those notes later to remember important details and decisions.
