Hermes History Ingest

It scans your Hermes memory files and session transcripts. It picks out the most useful knowledge and adds it to your wiki pages. You do not need to copy anything by hand.
Think of it as a bridge between your agent's past and your personal knowledge base. You can use it to remember what you worked on or to build on ideas from previous sessions.
