ar9av/obsidian-wikiYour Obsidian wiki holds a network of linked ideas. This tool turns those links into a knowledge graph that you can use outside the vault. It exports everything to JSON, GraphML, Neo4j Cypher queries, and an interactive browser visualization.
You can also create an Open Knowledge Format markdown bundle for long‑term sharing. The export supports a project filter to focus on notes from one project and a visibility filter to skip internal or private pages. All output files land neatly in a wiki-export folder at the root of your vault.
Researchers, developers, and knowledge workers use this to analyze connections in tools like Gephi or Neo4j. No setup needed beyond pointing to your vault path.
