Over-engineering means code that is too complex for the problem. The scan finds dead code, hand-rolled stdlib functions, and unnecessary abstractions. Each finding has a tag like delete, stdlib, or shrink.
The output is a ranked list from biggest cut to smallest. You learn how many lines and dependencies you can remove. The report is a one-shot, no changes are applied automatically.
