Developers often leave shortcuts and deferrals in code. These are marked with ponytail: comments. This skill finds every single one of them. It creates a complete debt ledger for your codebase.
Each comment names a ceiling and an upgrade path. The ledger shows what was simplified and when to revisit it. You can also see which markers have no upgrade path. Those are the ones at risk of being forgotten forever.
The report is a one-shot scan. It changes nothing in your code. You can ask to save the ledger to a file for future reference.
