Agentforce agents in production can sometimes have unexpected problems. This skill helps you find those problems by looking at session traces and Data Cloud records. You can see exactly what the agent did and where it went wrong.
The skill has three steps. First, it observes session data to find issues. Second, it reproduces the issue in a preview environment. Third, it helps you improve the agent file to fix the problem.
Anyone who works with Agentforce agents can use this skill. It makes debugging faster and easier.
