AI AGENT ADDONS

You can find which open source projects in your code need financial support. This tool checks every dependency of a GitHub repository. It looks for funding links on npm, in FUNDING.yml files, and on the web. Every link is tested to make sure it works. You get a clear report of direct and indirect dependencies with health scores. This helps you support the maintainers who build the tools you use.

To use it, type /sponsor followed by a GitHub repository name. For example, /sponsor expressjs/express. The tool works with many package ecosystems like npm, PyPI, Cargo, Go, RubyGems, Maven, and NuGet. It uses the deps.dev API to resolve the full dependency tree and find each package's source repository. Then it finds sponsorship opportunities and verifies every funding URL is active.

You can see both direct and transitive dependencies. Each one includes OSSF Scorecard health data to help you decide which projects to support. The results are grouped by funding destination and sorted by impact. This makes it easy to give back to the open source community.
