AI AGENT ADDONS

A fishbone diagram helps you find the real reasons behind a problem. It is also called an Ishikawa diagram. This tool looks at causes across six main areas: People, Process, Technology, Environment, Methods, and Materials.

You start by writing the problem at the head of the fish. Then you brainstorm possible causes for each area. You keep asking why to dig deeper. This way you separate root causes from just contributing factors.

After that you pick the most important causes. You decide which ones to fix first. The goal is to find and solve the real root of any issue.
