Good candidates for saving are decisions with reasons, repeatable procedures, lessons from debugging, and durable preferences. Skip routine fixes or generic information that is already well known.
When you save a memory, give it a clear title and use labels and importance levels. You can add a new memory or update an existing one if it refines what you already have. This keeps your knowledge base clean and useful.
