Using Superpowers

If there is even a small chance a skill might help, the AI must use it. The AI must announce which skill it is using and why. This makes the AI follow clear steps instead of guessing.
User instructions always come first. If you tell the AI to do something different, your request overrides any skill. This keeps you in control while still getting the benefit of helpful rules.
