Before using certain engineering tools in an AI agent, you need to set up some basic information about your project. This setup skill helps you do that step by step. It asks about your issue tracker, triage labels, and domain documentation.
The skill first looks at your repo to see what already exists. Then it shows you what it found and asks you to make three choices. Each choice is explained in simple terms so you know what it means and why it matters. You can change the default settings.
After you confirm everything, the skill writes the configuration into your CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md file and into docs. This prepares other skills like to-issues or triage to work correctly.
