Triage helps you sort and manage issues in your project. It uses a simple state machine with clear roles to guide each issue from start to finish. Bug reports and feature requests move through stages like needs-triage, needs-info, and ready-for-agent.
Maintainers can ask the triage agent to show what needs attention or handle a specific issue. The agent reads the issue, recommends a category and state, and can even try to reproduce bugs. It writes agent briefs for issues that are ready to be picked up by another AI agent.
This keeps the issue tracker organized and makes it easy for everyone to know what to work on next. No more lost requests or repeated questions.
